Terms of Service

These terms apply to the tree surgery services provided by Twin Leaf Tree Care.

Quotes

All quotes are free and provided without obligation. The price quoted is the price you pay for the agreed work. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately.

Work

All work is carried out by qualified, insured arborists. We reserve the right to decline work that we assess as unsafe or inappropriate for the tree's health.

Permissions

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any required permissions (such as Tree Preservation Orders or Conservation Area consents) are in place. We can advise on this during your quote.

Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our work.
